Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES / RETURNS:

Exchanges and returns due to change/problem in size, color or model will be made under the following policies.

  1. Product changes and/or returns will not be processed without proof of purchase.
  2. Changes to the order will only be accepted within 3 hours . after you have made your purchase.
  3. If it is a liquidation product, no merchandise returns will be made. (Clearance products are one size fits all, and may present small aesthetic details, due to the time in stock)

In case of internal error, changes and/or returns do not apply when:

  • The product is damaged, abused, scratched or stained intentionally by the customer.
  • The product was used incorrectly.
  • The product appears worn or shows evidence of notable use.
  • The product appears damaged or intentionally altered.
  • When the product was already received with the sender more than 48 hours ago.
  • If it is a liquidation product, no merchandise returns will be made. (Clearance products are one size fits all, and may present small aesthetic details, due to the time in stock)

VALID FACTORY DEFECTS

The factory defects that will be valid when you want to request an exchange and/or return are:

  1. Detachment of some of its components (sole, tongue, straps, etc.)
  2. Detached somewhere (sole, tongue, straps, etc.)
  3. Defect in material or any element of the product (rings, accessory, template, etc.)
  4. Some of its elements do not work.

We know that on some occasions it is necessary to use the product in order to detect factory defects, the product can be used, however, the exchange and/or return for factory defects does not apply when the product shows clear signs of constant use. stained/dirty sole or obvious wear of its components resulting from extreme use.

CHANGES

  1. The customer may request a change in size, color or model of any product in the first 3 hours. after you have made your purchase.

Differences in prices/balances as a result of a change may be proceeded as follows:

a) If the exchange is for a lower priced product(s), the customer may compensate the difference by adding an additional product.

b) If the exchange is for a higher priced product(s), the customer may settle the missing amount.

ERROR IN ORDERS:

If there is any error, regarding size, color, quantity, product, address or other situation, the customer must communicate no later than 24 hours after making the purchase, since after this time the order will begin to be personalized so The change or cancellation cannot be made, since the following points are considered in this process:

  • purchasing a pair of the requested size and color
  • the sketch of the selected design
  • payment to the artist
  • the expense of materials (paints, laces, etc.)
